Terms of Use — Sly

These Terms of Use apply to Sly: Imposter Party Game (the “App”), developed and published by Osman Dogan (DGN Apps). By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which also governs your use of the App.

1. The game

Sly is a party game for groups playing together on one iPhone. Play kindly: bluffing about the secret word is the whole point, but please respect the people you play with.

2. Sly+ (one-time purchase)

• Sly+ is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and never renews or charges you again.
• It unlocks all word packs, Questions mode, mystery imposter counts and unlimited custom packs, including packs added in future updates.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Prices are shown in the App before you buy and may vary by country.
• If Family Sharing is turned on, members of your family group can use Sly+ too.
• You can restore Sly+ on another device signed in with the same Apple Account from Settings → Restore purchase.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Content

The words and questions in the App are written for party fun. Some refer to well-known people, brands, films and places only as game words; no endorsement or affiliation is implied. Custom packs you create stay on your device and are your responsibility.

4. Your data

Your players, packs and settings are stored only on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
