Privacy Policy — Sly

This Privacy Policy explains how Sly: Imposter Party Game (the “App”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an iPhone app developed and published by Osman Dogan (DGN Apps), handles your information. Sly is a pass-the-phone party game. It has no account, no server, no advertising and no analytics.

1. The short version

We do not collect, store, sell or share any personal data. Everything you enter in the App stays on your iPhone. The App does not send any data to a server operated by us or by any third party.

2. Information stored on your device

To work, the App keeps the following in its private storage on your device:

• Player names you type in the lobby (they can be nicknames — they never leave your device).
• Custom word packs you create.
• Game settings such as mode, selected packs, number of imposters, timer and word language.
• Recently used words, so the App can avoid repeating them, and scores for the current game session.

If your iPhone is backed up by Apple (iCloud or computer backup), that backup is handled by Apple under its own privacy policy.

3. Purchases

Sly+ is a one-time in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, Apple Account or payment details. The App only checks with Apple’s StoreKit on your device whether Sly+ is unlocked.

4. Information we do not collect

Sly does not require an account, sign-in, email address or phone number. It does not access your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or location. It contains no third-party SDKs, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking and no crash-reporting services.

5. Children

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The optional “Late Night 16+” word pack is hidden by default and can only be shown from the pack settings.

6. Deleting your data

Remove players and custom packs in the App, or delete the App from your iPhone. Because we hold no copy of your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date.
