Terms of Use — Gloam

These Terms of Use apply to Gloam: Werewolf & Mafia (the “App”), developed and published by Osman Dogan (DGN Apps). By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which also governs your use of the App.

1. The game

Gloam narrates the social deduction party games Werewolf and Mafia for groups playing together around one iPhone. Lying is part of the game — kindness to the people you play with is not optional.

2. Gloam Pro

• Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It never renews and is shared with your Family Sharing group.
• Night Pass is a non-renewing purchase that unlocks Pro for 24 hours from the moment of purchase. It does not renew.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Prices are shown in the App before you buy and may vary by country.
• You can restore purchases on another device signed in with the same Apple Account from Settings → Restore purchases.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Content

Werewolf and Mafia are traditional party games. Gloam’s narration, illustrations and role descriptions are original works and imply no affiliation with any publisher of commercial editions of these games.

4. Your data

Your players, settings and statistics are stored only on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
