Privacy Policy — Gloam

This Privacy Policy explains how Gloam: Werewolf & Mafia (the “App”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an iPhone app developed and published by Osman Dogan (DGN Apps), handles your information. Gloam is a pass-the-phone narrator for the party games Werewolf and Mafia. It has no account, no server, no advertising and no analytics.

1. The short version

We do not collect, store, sell or share any personal data. Everything you enter in the App stays on your iPhone. The App does not send any data to a server operated by us or by any third party.

2. Information stored on your device

To work, the App keeps the following in its private storage on your device:

Player names you type (nicknames are fine — they never leave your device).
Game settings such as the chosen world, role deck, house rules, narrator voice, language and pace.
An unfinished game, so you can continue after the App is closed (removed automatically after 12 hours or when the game ends).
Player statistics (“Legends”): games played, wins and roles per player name. You can remove a player or reset all statistics in the App.

If your iPhone is backed up by Apple (iCloud or computer backup), that backup is handled by Apple under its own privacy policy.

3. Narration and sound

The narrator voices are recorded audio files bundled inside the App. Player names may be read aloud by Apple’s on-device speech synthesis; this happens entirely on your iPhone. The App never uses the microphone.

4. Purchases

Gloam Pro (Lifetime or 24-hour Night Pass) is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, Apple Account or payment details. The App only checks with Apple’s StoreKit on your device which purchases are active.

5. Sharing a result

If you tap “Share the result”, the App creates an image of the game result on your device and hands it to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes is your choice; we never receive it.

6. Information we do not collect

Gloam does not require an account, sign-in, email address or phone number. It does not access your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or location. It contains no third-party SDKs, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking and no crash-reporting services.

7. Children

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

8. Deleting your data

Remove players and statistics in the App, or delete the App from your iPhone. Because we hold no copy of your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date.
