Last Courier Support
Need help with Last Courier? Most questions are answered below. If yours isn’t, email us at admin@dgnapps.space and we’ll get back to you.
1. Getting started
- Put your headphones on. Last Courier is an audio game: Maya, your radio operator, and the horde behind you are heard, not watched. You can lock your phone and put it away.
- Allow location “While Using the App”. It measures distance and pace and places events on the streets you actually run. A run you start keeps tracking with the screen locked; the App never asks for “Always” access.
- Allow Motion & Fitness. Your step cadence tells the game when you sprint and when you stop.
- If you said no to a permission, you can change it in Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services (or Motion & Fitness) › Last Courier.
- Your first story run, Episode 0, measures your normal pace so every chase is fair for your fitness level.
2. The chase and your safety
- Stop and the chase stops. If you stop moving for a few seconds, the chase pauses and the horde loses your trail. You lose nothing. Stopping is always safe.
- No chase starts in the first minutes of a run, so you can warm up.
- The App never gives directions. Events happen by distance and time, never by turns or places. Choose your own safe route, obey traffic laws and keep your audio low enough to hear traffic.
- The game pauses if it detects vehicle speeds. Never play while driving or cycling.
- Chases ask for short pushes of effort, never all-out sprints. If anything feels wrong, slow down or stop.
- You can change the chase difficulty (Easy, Normal, Hard) in the App’s Settings.
3. Walking mode
Last Courier works for walkers too. Choose Walk in the mission briefing and the horde is tuned to your walking pace instead of your running pace. Each mode keeps its own normal pace.
4. Lock Screen and Dynamic Island
During a run, a Live Activity shows your distance, time and the distance to the horde on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. If you don’t see it, check Settings › Last Courier › Live Activities and make sure they are turned on.
5. I can’t hear Maya
- Turn up the media volume and check that your headphones are connected in Control Center.
- Make sure Maya’s voice is switched on in the App’s Settings.
- If you use Bluetooth headphones, disconnect and reconnect them, then start the run again.
- If the problem continues, restart your iPhone and email us with the details below.
6. Distance or pace looks wrong
- Start your run outdoors with a clear view of the sky, and wait a few seconds before you set off.
- Tall buildings, dense trees, tunnels and underpasses reduce GPS accuracy. When the signal is too weak, the game freezes distance instead of guessing.
- Make sure Precise Location is on for Last Courier in Location Services.
- Low Power Mode can reduce location updates; turn it off for runs if you can.
7. Courier Pass
- What it includes: story Episodes 4 to 9, Weekly Ops, Extraction and full-length Horde, and deep stats. Running, the chase engine, Episodes 0 to 3 and the Safe House stay free. Power-ups, XP and resources are never sold.
- Free trial: the yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. The monthly plan has no trial.
- Restore purchases: on a new or reinstalled iPhone, open the Courier Pass screen and tap “Restore purchases”, signed in with the same Apple Account.
- Manage or cancel: go to Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Last Courier. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends to avoid being charged.
- Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Family Sharing: Courier Pass can be shared with up to five family members through Apple’s Family Sharing.
8. Your data and privacy
- Last Courier has no account and no server. Your runs, routes and progress stay on your iPhone.
- To start over, use Reset all progress in the App’s Settings. Your Courier Pass stays with your Apple Account.
- Deleting the App deletes all of its data from your iPhone. Because we hold no copy, we can’t restore lost progress.
- Read the full Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
