Terms of Use — Exhale

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Exhale (the “App”), developed and published by Osman Dogan (DGN Apps). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).

1. What Exhale is — and is not

Exhale is a self-help tool that offers behavioural support for quitting vaping and smoking: counters, a step-down plan you set yourself, craving tools, a course and general information from public-health sources. Exhale is not medical advice and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition and does not recommend medication, nicotine replacement products or doses. If you have health concerns, are pregnant, or are considering nicotine replacement or medication, talk to a doctor or pharmacist. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for adults (17+). Exhale never promotes, sells or links to tobacco or vaping products.

3. Exhale Pro, subscriptions and free trials

• Exhale offers optional paid features (“Exhale Pro”) as an auto-renewable yearly or monthly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by country.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. We also send a reminder notification two days before a trial ends, if notifications are allowed.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• The core features — the nicotine-free counter, Craving SOS, the puff counter, the recovery timeline and money saved — remain free.

4. Your data

Your data stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your device backups if you want to preserve your progress.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the App, or use it in violation of any law.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is”. Estimates such as money saved, puffs avoided or recovery milestones are approximations based on the numbers you enter and on general public-health information; individual results vary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DGN Apps is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change accordingly. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
