Orbit Ink Support

Orbit Ink is a calm, one-touch arcade game for iPhone. A dot circles two orbits; tap anywhere to switch orbits and slip past the red arcs. Every run leaves a brushed ink pattern on washi paper that you can keep and share. Orbit Ink is developed and published by Osman Dogan. It is free, has no ads and works fully offline.

Frequently asked questions

How do I play?

Tap Play. The dot moves by itself; every tap moves it to the other orbit. Avoid the red arcs. Each arc you pass scores a point. The dot speeds up and the arcs come faster as the run goes on. After a collision, tap anywhere to start again.

What is a near-miss?

If you leave an orbit at the very last moment before an arc reaches you, it counts as a near-miss: extra points, a growing combo (up to ×5) and a vermilion mark in your pattern. Escaping early is safe but resets the combo.

What is the Daily course?

Every day, everyone plays exactly the same course. Attempts are unlimited and your best score of the day is kept, with its pattern redrawn on the home screen. A new Daily starts at midnight UTC.

How do I share my pattern?

After a run, tap Share to send a square image of your pattern, score and Daily number (or date) through the iOS share sheet.

What is included in the Ink Pack?

The free game includes three ink palettes. The Ink Pack is a one-time in-app purchase that adds six more palettes and the Pattern Gallery, which keeps your last 100 finished runs. It is cosmetic only: it never changes your score or your chances in the Daily. It is not a subscription. You can see the price in Settings → Ink Pack.

How do I restore the Ink Pack?

Sign in with the Apple Account that made the purchase, connect to the internet and open Settings → Restore purchases.

Where are my scores and patterns stored?

Only on your device. Orbit Ink has no account, no server and no cloud sync. Deleting the App deletes its data on that device.

Can I turn off vibration?

Yes: Settings → Haptics.

What are Play stats?

Settings → Play stats shows how many runs you usually play per session and how long a run lasts. These numbers are stored only on your device.

Which languages are supported?

English, Turkish, German and Japanese. The App follows your iPhone’s language setting.
