DGN Apps (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the DebtTracker mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you
use our App.

By using DebtTracker, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

DebtTracker does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the App. However, if you contact us for support, we may collect:

• Your email address
• Device information you choose to provide
• Any other information you voluntarily provide

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use DebtTracker, certain information may be automatically collected, including:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers
• Usage Data: App features used, time spent in the app, game statistics
• Motion Data: Device orientation data (processed locally, never transmitted)

1.3 In-App Purchase Information

When you make an in-app purchase to remove ads, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. Apple may share limited
transaction data with us (such as purchase confirmation) to verify your entitlement.

2. Third-Party Services

2.1 Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the free version of the App. AdMob may collect and use data for ad personalization and measurement. This may include:

• Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS)
• IP address and geolocation
• Usage and interaction data

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:

• iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Disable “Allow Apps to Request to Track”
• You can also reset your advertising identifier in Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising

2.2 Apple StoreKit

We use Apple’s StoreKit framework to process in-app purchases. Apple handles all payment processing and may collect transaction information according to their privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the App’s functionality
• To process and verify in-app purchases
• To display advertisements (in the free version)
• To improve user experience and app performance
• To respond to support requests
• To detect and prevent technical issues

4. Data Storage and Security

Your game settings and preferences are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. We implement reasonable security measures to protect any data we process,
but please be aware that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Children’s Privacy

DebtTracker is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. The App does not require account creation or
submission of personal data to function. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will delete such information.

6. Your Privacy Rights

6.1 For All Users

• Opt-Out of Tracking: You can disable ad tracking through your iOS device settings
• Delete Data: You can delete the App to remove all locally stored data
• Remove Ads: Purchase the ad-free version to stop ad-related data collection

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the following rights:

• Right to access your personal data
• Right to rectification of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your country.
By using the App, you consent to such transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use
of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
