ClipBox AI Term Of Use

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms,” “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the ClipBox mobile application (the “App”) operated by DGN Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices you own or
control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App to third parties

3. In-App Purchases

3.1 Remove Ads Purchase

ClipBox offers an in-app purchase to remove advertisements from the App. This is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently removes ads from your experience.

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Apple Inc. through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. Payment terms are subject to Apple’s Terms and Conditions.

3.3 Restore Purchases

You can restore your purchases on any device using the same Apple ID by selecting “Restore Purchases” in the App settings.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DGN Apps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All
trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to DGN Apps or their respective owners.

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Apple App Store

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Terms and Conditions and Usage Rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s terms, Apple’s terms shall control with
respect to your use of the App.

5.2 Advertising

The free version of the App displays third-party advertisements provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements. Your interaction with
advertisements is governed by the advertiser’s terms and privacy policy.

6. User-Generated Content

ClipBox does not allow users to submit, post, or share content within the App. All game content is provided by us and is protected by intellectual property rights.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, available at: https://dgnapps.space/ClipBox-privacy-policy

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 “As Is” Basis

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 No Warranty

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of the App will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

8.3 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DGN APPS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF
PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the App
• Any errors or omissions in content

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DGN Apps and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses,
including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Updates and Modifications

10.1 App Updates

We may from time to time update the App to improve features, fix bugs, or enhance security. We recommend keeping the App updated to the latest version. We reserve the right to modify or
discontinue the App at any time without notice.

10.2 Terms Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of
the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership
provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be
submitted to the competent courts of Turkey.

12.3 EU Users

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you benefit from mandatory provisions of consumer protection law in your country of residence.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise
remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DGN Apps regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

15. Apple-Specific Terms

The following additional terms apply to your use of the App on iOS devices:

• These Terms are between you and DGN Apps only, not with Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App
• In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, DGN Apps (not Apple) is responsible
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo
